Drivers usually arrive at a garage website with a particular job in mind: a routine service, a brake repair, or a warning light they want checked. They need to see that you take on the work, where your workshop is, and how to arrange a visit. Those answers should be easy to find on a phone.
Check how the theme presents individual repair services and handles appointments. A form that asks for a preferred date is useful, but it does not necessarily reserve a workshop slot. If you sell parts as well, look at the shop pages and what you would need to run them.
The eight themes below cover independent garages, mechanics, service centers, and parts sellers. I’ve noted which ones suit each business and what to check before buying.
I built and maintain Autolane, the first theme on this list, and handle its support myself. Keep that in mind when reading my recommendation.

How I evaluated the themes
I looked through each theme’s demo to see how it presents repair services, workshop information, and page layouts. I also checked which page builder it uses and how appointments work. Some themes collect requests through a contact form; others use a booking plugin.
- Are there separate pages for repairs and routine maintenance?
- Can customers find contact details, directions, and opening hours quickly?
- Which page builder does the current demo use?
- Does the theme provide enquiries, cost estimates, or appointment scheduling?
- Is a parts shop supported, and what extra tools would it need?
This comparison is based on published product information. I haven’t independently performance-tested every theme.

Autolane
Autolane is built for repair shops and car mechanics. Its demo includes pages for individual services, pricing, company information, and appointment booking, giving you a ready-made structure for explaining what your workshop does.
It has fewer demo layouts than some themes on this list, but there’s less unrelated content to remove before you can make the site your own. You can start with the repair-shop pages and use Elementor to change the content and layouts as needed.
A time-slot booking plugin is included. There’s also a car-detailing demo if that’s part of your business, and WooCommerce support if you want to sell automotive products.
Key features:
- Elementor editing and one-click import
- Individual repair-service pages
- Pricing and company-information layouts
- Included appointment plugin
- Car-detailing demo
- WooCommerce compatibility
What could be better: The booking calendar does not automatically account for bays, technicians, parts availability, or diagnostic overruns. Workshops needing that level of planning should connect an appropriate shop-management system.
Price:
Annual: $39 for the first year, then $59/year. Includes updates and support while your license is active.
Lifetime: $79 one-time. Includes lifetime updates and six months of support.

Car Service
Car Service includes pages for individual repairs, a team, a gallery, estimates, and appointment requests. Its cost calculator lets you set up prices for work you can quote in advance, such as a fixed-price service.
You can import a demo built for Elementor or WPBakery. There is a WooCommerce shop layout too, if you need to sell products alongside your services.
Key features:
- Cost calculator plugin included
- Appointment form built with cost calculator plugin
- Elementor and WPBakery demos
- Service and team layouts
- WooCommerce integration
What could be better: The appointment form should not be treated as a complete workshop scheduling system. Also make clear when an online estimate depends on vehicle details or inspection.

Car Repair Services
Car Repair Services has layouts for garages, tire shops, service stations, and other automotive businesses. The demo includes service pages, opening hours, team information, FAQs, and a consultation form.
The current version supports Elementor as well as WPBakery. At $39, it is the least expensive theme in this comparison.
Key features:
- Elementor in the newer theme version
- Service and company-information layouts
- Team and FAQ pages
- Consultation forms
- WooCommerce compatibility
What could be better: The theme was originally built for WPBakery and added Elementor support in version 3.0. But many page sections are built as a single Elementor widget. You can edit the section’s settings, but you can’t freely move its text, images, and other parts around as separate widgets. The layout you see in the demo is largely the layout you have to work with.

Autrics
Autrics comes with four homepage variations, four header styles, and separate pages for services and projects. That gives a repair shop places to describe its work and show completed jobs.
The pages use Elementor. The current theme listing names Booktics for service bookings and includes a WooCommerce shop demo.
Key features:
- Four homepage variations
- Elementor editing
- Service and project content types
- Booktics booking integration
- WooCommerce shop demo
What could be better: The theme comes with the free version of Booktics plugin. Booktics Pro is not included and costs extra, so check which booking features you need before buying the theme.

Carutos
Carutos has a wide mix of automotive demos, covering repair services, parts shops, car washes, and other businesses. Its eight-plus homepage options are different starting points, rather than variations of one repair-shop design.
The theme includes service pages, team information, galleries, FAQs, an appointment form, and WooCommerce shop layouts. Look through the demos to see which pages you would keep for your business.
Key features:
- Elementor editing
- Multiple automotive homepage designs
- WooCommerce product and shop layouts
- Service, team, and gallery pages
- Appointment-request form
What could be better: A WooCommerce shop is not automatically a vehicle-fitment catalog. If customers need to search by year, make, model, or engine, check the extra product data and filtering tools you’ll need.
Price: $59

Page builder: Elementor

ShiftUp
ShiftUp has four homepage demos and pages for repair services, tuning, vehicle projects, and products. The examples cover several types of automotive business, including workshops and car dealers.
You can edit pages with Elementor and use WooCommerce for a shop. Portfolio layouts give you a place to show vehicle projects or completed work.
Key features:
- Elementor page editing
- Repair and tuning layouts
- Vehicle-presentation templates
- WooCommerce compatibility
- Contact Form 7 and WPML support
What could be better: The design looks polished, but the demos seem aimed at automotive businesses in general rather than auto repair shops specifically. At $85, it’s also one of the more expensive themes in this comparison. If you run a repair garage, check how much of the content and layouts you’d need to adapt before buying.

Carbonick
Carbonick includes service, team, and portfolio layouts for automotive businesses. Its portfolio grids are useful if photographs of completed work are a big part of your site, as they might be for detailing, paintwork, or restoration.
Pages use Elementor, and the theme also includes a header builder and one-click demo import. WooCommerce compatibility is listed for businesses that want a shop.
Key features:
- Elementor and header builder
- Portfolio grids and project layouts
- Team-member modules
- One-click demo import
- WooCommerce compatibility
What could be better: The theme looks comprehensive, but it may be difficult for beginners to customize. Many elements appear to have several nested layers, which could mean more settings and steps to work through. Its individual service pages are quite basic, though, and those pages matter for an auto repair shop that needs to explain its repairs clearly.

Auto
Auto has a clean, straightforward design for mechanics, repair shops, and car dealers. It uses SiteOrigin Page Builder and comes with a one-click demo import; the WordPress Customizer handles theme settings.
The theme supports contact forms for enquiries, along with WooCommerce for a shop and WPML for translated pages.
Key features:
- SiteOrigin Page Builder
- WordPress Customizer settings
- One-click demo import
- Contact Form 7 support
- WooCommerce and WPML compatibility
What could be better: The design is clean and straightforward, but the theme uses SiteOrigin Page Builder and offers limited customization. It could work well if the demo is already close to what you need. If you want to change the layout much, you may run into limits quickly.

Frequently asked questions
What pages does an auto repair website need?
Include a homepage, individual service pages, workshop information, reviews, and a contact page with opening hours and directions. Explain the vehicle types you work on. For each main service, describe what customers can request and whether you need to inspect the vehicle before quoting.
Can customers book repairs online?
They can request a visit through a form or select a time through booking software. Decide whether that reserves a drop-off time, a diagnostic appointment, or the repair itself. Those are different commitments. Make the confirmation message clear so customers know what happens next.
Can a theme replace workshop-management software?
A theme handles the website’s presentation. Workshop software may manage bays, technicians, job cards, parts, and invoices. If you already use it, ask the provider about a booking link, embed, or supported integration before creating a separate website calendar.
Should I display repair prices?
Published prices can help for services with a defined scope, provided you explain the vehicle and parts assumptions. For an unknown fault, describe the diagnostic process and how you approve further work. An estimate calculator should show when its result needs confirmation.
Can I sell auto parts with these themes?
Several support WooCommerce. Selling a simple range of products is different from maintaining a catalog with vehicle compatibility. Check fitment search, variations, stock synchronization, shipping, and returns before choosing a theme mainly for its shop demo.
Will an auto repair theme help me rank locally?
A theme gives you places to publish useful service and location information. Rankings also depend on your content, business information, links, competition, and other factors. Use accurate opening hours and contact details, describe the work your workshop does, and keep the site usable on phones. No theme can promise a local ranking.
What should I check before purchasing?
Test the mobile menu, contact links, service pages, and enquiry form. Confirm the page builder, plugin licenses, update history, and demo-image rights. Then ask the developer to demonstrate any booking or estimate feature that is essential to how your workshop takes work.
